AZURE Announces Call for Submissions for the 2026 AZ Awards

The AZ Awards kicks off its 16th cycle – and invites architects, landscape architects, interior designers, furniture designers, and more to submit their best work in 31 subcategories.
AZURE is thrilled to invite submissions to the 2026 AZ Awards, which recognize innovation in architecture, interiors, product design, urban design, and more. Entrants are encouraged to submit their best work by February 13, 2026. The AZ Awards is an international measure for excellence that platforms the world’s top designers and attracts entries from firms worldwide, both emerging and established.
Why Enter the AZ Awards?
Winners and finalists of the AZ Awards receive unparalleled international exposure and recognition, including from our illustrious jury.
- AZ Awards Jury 2026: The first of our 10 jurors is confirmed! They are Jonathan Garnett, Creative Partner, Modellus Novus (New York), Jonas Pettersson and John Löfgren, Co-Founders, Form Us With Love (Stockholm), and Loreta Castro Reguera, Co-Founder, Taller Capital (Mexico City).
- Published in AZURE: Winners will be published in the print and digital editions of the July/August 2026 issue of AZURE Magazine, online on azuremagazine.com, and on the digital platforms of our international network of architecture and design media partners.
- Celebrated at our Gala: Winners will receive recognition at the annual AZ Awards gala in Toronto, attended by 500+ local and international A&D professionals.
- AZ Awards Trophy: Winners take home the AZ Awards trophy, reimagined each year by a prominent designer (the likes of which have included Marie-Christine Dorner, Luca Nichetto, Michael Anastassiades, Philippe Malouin, Karim Rashid, and Ini Archibong). In 2025, AZURE inaugurated the EMERGING Awards and created more opportunities for entrants to the Interiors category.

- New subcategories in Interiors: Retail & Hospitality, Healthcare, Workspace, and Institutional.
- New subcategory in Design: The Housewares and Tech Products subcategory accepts products such as tableware, textiles, wearables, home electronics, and office accessories.
- More exposure – Our Longlist: We will publish the longlist online ahead of the jury-selected shortlist, celebrating more projects than ever before.
